The High Commission of Canada is soliciting proposals for professional lanscaping services for the following locations:
Chancery
The High Commission office building (also referred herein as the “Chancery”) is located on Commonwealth Avenue and this property covers around 10,700 square metres, of which: approximately 7000 m2 are flowerbeds, lawns, etc., 750 m2 are the Chancery and other buildings, and 2950 m2 are driveways and paths, parking spaces.
Official Residence
The High Commission official residence is located at 32 Mugga Way, Red Hill and this property covers a surface area of around 3500 m2. The area is divided as follows: 800 m2 buildings (villa and other buildings), 1200 m2 lawns and flowerbeds, and approx. 1500 m2 driveways and paved areas.
