Landscaping Service for U.S Consulate Compound

The U.S. Consulate General in Dubai is soliciting landscaping services for its compound under Request for Quotation No. 19TC1226Q0005, with performance to occur during the third and fourth option years of a potential five-year contract, beginning no less than 10 days after award. All work must be performed exclusively at the consulate compound in Bur Dubai, with operating hours Monday through Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00 and Fridays from 07:30 to 11:30. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, fuel, uniforms, insurance—including mandatory Defense Base Act coverage—and materials necessary to maintain the grounds, and must use only direct employees; subcontracting is strictly prohibited.
