The U.S. Embassy Beirut, Lebanon has a requirement for a contractor to provide French, Modern Standard Arabic, and Lebanese Arabic language instruction to adult American students, specific to the level and goals of the student.


The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
