12805B21Q0363 Large Animal Green -Feed System NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD-SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Government intends to pursue a sole source award to C-Lock, Inc. GreenFeed equipment, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". Summary of Award The USDA ARS Conservation and Production Research Laboratory (CPRL) located in Bushland, TX is planning to solicit the purchase of a Large Animal Green -Feed System. This purchase will include delivery and installation of one Large Animal Green -Feed System. Raw data, processed results, and equipment status are accessible at any time through a secure web portal. This web portal shall be active and up. Hardware, software, and technical support may be provided through telephone calls, e-mail or direct communication with the covered equipment by service provider. This contract shall cover service for one Greenfeed unit for the length of one year and include annual options for additional years 2 through 5. Delivery Location: ARS- Conservation & Production Research Laboratory 2300 Experiment Station RD Bushland, TX 79012 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
