LARICM Field Service Representative

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, through the Large Aircraft Survivability Program Office, is conducting market research via a sources sought notice to identify capable contractors for Field Service Representative support for Foreign Military Sales aircraft programs. The primary objective is to provide the Japan Air Self-Defense Force with one primary and one alternate FSR to support the Japan KC-46A aircraft. This support encompasses organizational-level maintenance, technical troubleshooting, fault isolation, inspections, training, spares monitoring, and logistics coordination. The contractor will also be responsible for the logistics and supportability expertise required to control, document, and protect Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures assets. The anticipated period of performance includes a 12-month base period with two optional 12-month extensions. The primary FSR is designated as key personnel and must be in place within 30 calendar days of contract award, performing duties at the host country air force base. Performance will be evaluated based on staffing consistency, the accuracy and timeliness of monthly reports, and the quality of the transition plan. Respondents must provide a concise submission by October 30, 2026, detailing their business status, relevant experience with aircraft survivability systems, and the qualifications of proposed personnel, including resumes and letters of commitment.
