NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below. The delivery is requested at Department of National Defence, 250 Convair Private, Hangar 14, Ottawa, ON, CANADA, K1V 1B5 by July 6th, 2026 Item 1: Canada requires the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of one (1) Laser Wire Marker (LWM) to support Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) operations. The Contractor shall provide a commercially available, air-cooled ultraviolet (UV) laser wire marking system capable of producing durable, legible markings on aerospace-grade wires in accordance with accepted aerospace practices. The Work includes delivery, installation, commissioning, operator and first-level maintenance training, and provision of all technical documentation in downloadable electronic PDF format. Please refer to Annex A of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) for the Mandatory Technical Criteria.
