This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W9124P-19-Q-4246, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80. This requirement is for other than full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, with a small business size standard of $38,500,000.00. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. DESCRIPTION This is a Brand Name Requirement for Laserfiche Software Maintenance Renewal for Program Executive's Office. See the attached Purchase Description for the complete requirement specifications and subsequent redacted Brand Name J&A. EVALUATION Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror. Successful contractor must provide equipment in accordance with Government Minimum Specifications described in the "Description of the requirement is as follows" section of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with quote.
