Law Enforcement equipment: Binoculars, Monocular, and Helmets.

The US Embassy San Salvador, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotes for the procurement of law enforcement equipment to support the INL Office. The requirement consists of nine lightweight night vision binoculars (AN/PVS-31D or equal), twenty Gen 3 white phosphor autogated night vision monoculars (AN/PVS-14 or equal), and twenty-four Wilcox G24 helmet mounts. All items must be brand new and unused, with a strict prohibition on Chinese, generic, used, or clone products. The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the award will be granted to the responsible quoter who is rated technically acceptable and offers the lowest total evaluated price. Deliveries must be made FOB Destination to the US Dispatch Agent within 180 business days of order receipt, with partial shipments prohibited. All shipments must be marked as Diplomatic Cargo and comply with ISPM 15 wood packaging standards. The contractor is responsible for pre-delivery inspections, including FOM verification and IP67 environmental sealing, with final acceptance occurring upon arrival at the US Embassy in El Salvador. Non-conforming items must be replaced within 60 business days at no cost to the government. Quotations must be submitted electronically to the designated point of contact and include pricing, representations and certifications, and proof of SAM registration.
