Purpose of Solicitation:(Multi-Year) Contract for Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences at 525 Carter Hill Road Montgomery, AL 36106 Lab is requesting a 5-year Master Agreement.“The Montgomery Lab intends to establish a multi-year agreement, for monthly lawn service, with the maximum contract term to be determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract. Facility address: 525 Carter Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36106-details about specific area(s) that needs servicing are clearly notated below.”This monthly lawn service will be for the period of award through September 30, 2031, and will need to be renewed annually and there should be no price updates on this multi-year Master Agreement for address: 525 Carter Hill Road Montgomery, AL 36106. Line Item 1: To include cutting, edging, weed eating, blowing off, removing debris (including leaves, trash, grass clippings, etc.). Visit every 2 weeks/twice per month (from the time of award). The mowing service (cutting, weed eating, edging, blowing) is from the front of the building to the roads (Decatur/Carter Hill Rd.), and the back starting from the building structure cutting up to the beginning of the back parking lot, the right side of the building to Carter Hill Road, and the gaged area. The grassy area on the hill to the left side of the building, beside the HVAC Chillers, IS NOT included in the service. ANY service inside the gated area needs to be completed during weekdays between the hours of 8am - 3pm.Line Item 2: Keep as you have right now….Tree and Shrub trimming/pruning and removing trimmed debris (including suckles from trees). Once per year. This service is for properly trimming of ALL crepe myrtles at appropriate times of the year and trimming back any trees, shrubs, bushes, and/or crepe myrtles that are against the building or gated area. ANY service inside the gated area needs to be completed during weekdays between the hours of 8am - 3pm.3:Pesticide and herbicide application for weeds and ant beds. Each once per month. The herbicide service is for spraying weeds only on the asphalt, concrete, and curb areas (not grassy areas). The pesticide application ncludes spraying for ant beds on the entire property (grassy and non-grassy areas-inside and outside the gated area) Please note, this is NOT for weed and fertilization application of the grass. ANY service inside the gated area needs to be completed during weekdays between the hours of 8am - 3pm.4:Line 4: Pine Straw and installation. Twice per year the supplier will install 75 BALES (total of 150 bales per year) of longleaf pine straw around trees. This needs to be performed in November/December of each year and again approximately 6 months later.ANY service inside the gated area needs to be completed during weekdays between the hours of 8am - 3pm.Please see the item lines and provide bid pricing.
