The Government is seeking a contractor to provide wetland restoration for Lazy O in Okeechobee County, Florida. The wetland restoration work consists of clearing and grubbing; structure removal; excavation; earthfill (construction of earthen embankments and ditch plugs); installing concrete box inlets and reinforced concrete pipe; installing corrugated metal pipe; installing rock riprap; land smoothing; and seeding and mulching. This is a sealed bid procurement. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents will be available in electronic format at www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. The dollar range for the project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 and the estimated time for completion is 120 calendar days.
