LB FLOW X (Project)

The LB FLOW X project involves the establishment of commercial cannabis retail and distribution operations at 2191 Lakewood BLVD, Long Beach, California, 90815. Situated within the city's Neighborhood Pedestrian zone, the project utilizes an existing 9,908 square foot building that was previously used for commercial purposes. The scope of work is limited to interior alterations with no expansion of the existing structure. The site is supported by city sewer and water services, with electricity provided by Southern California Edison. The Department of Cannabis Control has approved the commercial cannabis retail license under the authority of Business and Processing Code Section 26012. From an environmental standpoint, the project has been granted a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under CCR section 15301, as the work consists of minor alterations to an existing structure.
