IDIQ 8(a) Sole-Source BASE + 4; CPFF This is a new large contract to provide OCONUS Design & Engineering, Procurement, and Installation support to the NCES, NNES, and JES IPTs (Bahrain, Naples, Germany). The support ranges from requirements development, design, engineering, project management, procurement, installation, and RMF, in support of C4ISR/IT systems providing secure, reliable, classified, and unclassified communications systems. These capabilities shall be provided to Joint, Naval, Coalition, and other federal government agencies. The task orders issued under this contract will primarily support OCONUS customers.
