The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code, Section 26012, approved a Small Indoor commercial cannabis license submitted on June 30, 2025, by Euphoros, LLC. The project is located at 6925 Eton Ave, Canoga Park 91303 (APN: 2138-016-019) in Los Angeles County. The proposed project, a small indoor cultivation operation, will operate within an existing +/- 5,820 square foot (SF) building on a +/- 11,075-sf parcel. The Applicant seeks conversion of an existing Cultivation Specialty Indoor provisional license. Project activities will include cultivation of approximately 2500 sf of mature canopy and 432 sf of immature canopy. Future operations may increase the cultivation canopy to 10,000 sf. Additional activities include drying, curing, grading, trimming and packaging of cannabis. Improvements will be limited to interior tenant improvements, installation of security features and ministerial changes required to meet local building, fire and/or public health permit requirements for a commercial cannabis facility. No exterior improvements are proposed. The site is entirely developed with buildings and hardscape features within the limits of the City of Los Angeles and is substantially surrounded by urban uses. Existing City sewer service is provided to the project site, and water and electricity are provided by the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. The business would utilize three employees, working seven days a week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
