The Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster (LCHA) will receive bids for LCHA Church Street Towers – Exterior Rehabilitation, Lancaster, PA until: 2:00 pm. prevailing time on Thursday July 15, 2025, online via the PennBid System -https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. There will be no public bid opening, but bids will be promptly released on PennBid. Bids are invited on a lump sum basis for a single prime contract. All Bid Documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ . Please note that the awarded bidder(s) are responsible for a fee to PennBid. A responsive bid must include the: (1) Bid form, (2) Bid bond form (3) HUD-5369A Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders, (4) Non-collusion affidavit of Prime bidder (5) Section 3 Overview (6) Hourly rate schedule (7) Contractor Qualifications Statement form.
