Le Source LLC is authorized to operate a cannabis distribution license at 2141 S Wright St., Santa Ana, CA 92705, identified by APN 014-262-29. The project occupies an existing 7,901 square foot facility and is authorized for the lawful transportation, storage, quality assurance, and transfer of cannabis and cannabis products between other licensed businesses. Operations are conducted under the authority of Business and Profession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, with utilities provided by the City of Santa Ana Municipal Utilities and Southern California Edison. The Department of Cannabis Control has issued a Notice of Exemption for this project, classifying it as a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under California Code of Regulations Title 14 section 15301 due to negligible environmental impact. Because the project utilizes an existing building with minimal modifications and no changes to the existing use, it is exempt from further environmental review.
