Course activities will involve both low and high course activities. --Course structures and activities are to be designed for use by participants of average mobility and strength and who are in reasonably good health. --Integrate tasks that maximize mental and physical challenges with only minimum physical risk. --Provide capability to break class pool into smaller, 7-10 person groups, to complete the assigned course tasks.
