The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is conducting market research to support the Intergovernmental Affairs (IGA) staff, within the Office of the Commissioner�s Office of Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs, is the lead staff in the Agency that engages with state, local, and territorial stakeholders on issues covering the breadth of the Agency�s regulatory responsibilities. The intent is to acquire the online publication �Leadership Connect�. Responsibilities of IGA include responds to inquiries from its stakeholders; proactively engages with state/local/territorial officials on important FDA policy issues; strives to monitor state, local and territorial legislation and other activity that may have an impact on FDA regulations and programs; and develops and maintains relationships with policymaking state, local, and territorial government partners, including officials such as governors, attorneys general, mayors, state/local/territorial legislators, and the national associations representing those officials. The FDA is seeking small business sources to determine the availability and capability of small business manufacturers or small businesses capable of providing services of a small business manufacturer or producer for the items described herein. Other than small business concerns are also encouraged to submit capability statements.
