LeadsOnline, is the sole provider of electronic data transfer services for pawn, secondhand, and scrap metal transaction data operating in the state of New York. LeadsOnline owns and manages its entire network, receiving data directly from pawnshops and secondhand stores that do not report in any other way. Pawn, secondhand, and recycling businesses in New York are already online and accessible LeadsOnline is the Sole source for instant access to the identity of eBay pawn sellers and detailed information directly from eBay. This 12 month subscription procurement is specific to our Statewide Crime Analysis Centers and will be instrumental in aiding/fighting/preventing/solving crimes and criminal activity. An extensive internet search along with several CAC analysts have been unable to find any other tool to obtain the needed data that LeadsOnline is able to provide.
