The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an agreement with one or more qualified, Florida-certified leak detection contractors to provide comprehensive leak detection services for domestic water, condenser water systems, chilled water, irrigation, sanitary, stormwater, gas (where applicable), swimming pools and underground utility systems on an as-needed basis throughout District-owned facilities.
The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, permits (if required), and incidentals necessary to locate, document, and report leaks with minimal disruption to District operations.
It is mandatory that contractors bidding as prime contractors on projects for the Pinellas County School Board be currently qualified on the date of opening of bids as a Florida Contractor shall be a certified leak detection specialist. Contractor to provide comprehensive leak detection services for domestic water, condenser water systems, chilled water, irrigation, sanitary, storm, gas (where applicable), swimming pools, underground utility systems throughout district facilities .
