The IRS Large Business & International division is seeking vendors capable of providing a subscription-based professional education service to support at least 3,500 compliance employees with unlimited, on-demand access to a centralized digital library of accredited continuing education programs, course materials, and technical publications. The service must cover tax, accounting, finance, corporate law, ethics, and related subjects, ensuring compliance with NASBA, American Bar Association, IRS, and applicable federal and Treasury regulations.
