Lease Award GS-04P-LFL01532, associated with solicitation 8FL2577, is a contract issued by the General Services Administration's PBS R00 Center for Broker Services for a succeeding lease located at 3811 Frankford Avenue, Panama City, Florida. The agreement involves the procurement of 11,293 ABOASF or 12,987 RSF of office space. The contract was awarded as a non-competitive negotiation with the incumbent lessor, justified by the need to avoid substantial duplication of costs and the specialized buildout requirements necessary for the Secure Intelligence Group. The lease is established for a 20-year term, with the award process supported by market research conducted through CoStar and SAM.gov in August 2022. The procurement falls under NAICS code 53112 and was managed by the GSA office in Washington, DC, with Todd Valentine serving as the primary point of contact.
