The space should be located on third floor or above. The space must be contiguous but may be located on multiple floors and must have the potential for an efficient layout. Column spacing shall be a minimum of 20' on center. Hi-density filing systems will require reinforced structural support unless located on slab. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the fully serviced rent.
