Ft.: 17,143 Space Type: Office Term*: 15 years, 13 firm *However, Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the AAAP for consideration against future GSA requirements. Agency Unique Requirements: Offered space must provide five (5) reserved structured parking spaces for GOVs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Offered space must be contiguous (no split). The Federal Public Defender Office must be distanced from the Office of the U.S. Attorney, US Marshals Service (USMS), U.S. Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons and any other law enforcement agency as described in 18 U.S.C. 1114. This separation is imperative due to the defense role of the Federal Defender. The Government shall have the right to review all tenants occupying the offered building.
