The Port of Seattle is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a property management system solution for multiple departments within the Port.
The selected Proposer will provide a Lease Management System for the Port of Seattle to manage leases and lease clauses, including agreements, utility management, insurance/surety requirements and compliance, activities such as concessions, and tenant billing up to and including billing file creation (billing of invoices is handled by PeopleSoft Financials (PSFS).) Proposed solution also must support Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement No. 87 reporting.
The Port prefers a Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) solution but welcomes proposals for other types of solutions.
The proposal will include system implementation services, software, data migration, testing, training, and product support.
