Lease Revenue Management System (SaaS)

The Port of Seattle is seeking a qualified vendor under solicitation 26-84 to provide a comprehensive Lease Revenue Management System to support multiple departments. The primary objective is to implement a solution, preferably as Software-As-A-Service, to manage leases, lease clauses, agreements, utility management, insurance and surety compliance, and tenant billing. The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of the project, including software provision, system implementation, data migration, testing, training, and ongoing product support. The procurement process requires detailed submissions including a pricing schedule with fixed-price entries, an entity information sheet for prime and subcontractors, and a detailed software inquiry form regarding the handling of sensitive data. Vendors must adhere to the Port of Seattle's specific ICT security standards and technology standards matrix, which cover access control, audit accountability, and approved enterprise platforms.
