Description of Notice: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Champagne Properties (CAGE: 8HXW2) under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) soliciting from a single source.

Requirement Description: The Government requires facility rental space in close proximity to the main office to support ongoing operations.

Sole Source Justification Summary: Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by RFO 12.102(a) will be used for the requirement for storage facility rental within a 1.5 mile radius of the UCIC-MCX Compound in Branson MO.
