(ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 1 year Additional Requirements: A minimum of one bay with a conveniently accessed electronically controlled door (12 minimum width and 14 minimum height).
