SEALED BIDS are invited by the undersigned under the terms and conditions contained within the Contract Documents for the project described as Lebanon School District – Former Lebanon Catholic School Asbestos Abatement Project, 1400 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA 17042, for the Lebanon School District. BIDS are invited on a lump sum basis for the Lebanon School District for the following work: CONTRACT NO. 1 – Abatement Contract SEALED BIDS shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program no later than 1:00 P.M. prevailing time on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened immediately thereafter electronically with the results made available on PennBid. BIDS must be accompanied with all documentation as required by the Instructions to Bidders and PennBid Bid forms. Proposal security shall accompany each proposal submitted in the form of a Bid Bond executed by an acceptable surety company uploaded to PennBid and other required documentation, or a certified check, certified bank treasurer's check or bank cashier's check in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the proposal, that is, Base Bid.
