A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated for these services. The anticipated effective date of the contract is October 01, 2024. This is a total small business set aside. Construction Wage Rate Requirements Number MD20230054, Mod. 3, Last Revised Date: 12/01/2023 is applicable to this requirement.
