The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e. Small/Large business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532210 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $38.5 M. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is W059. Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS/PSC exists. The potential requirement involves rental of: - 1 to 2 LED Large format Video Wall/Screen(s) - Must be large enough to be seen in bright daylight at a distance of 400-500 feet. - Minimum support for two (2) live camera feeds and a Laptop computer outputting a pre-recorded video - Minimum support for XLR cable audio input and output Delivery, setup, test and onsite technical support for the duration of 1 day event will be required.
