The contract also mandates adherence to non-discrimination policies, conflict of interest disclosures, and certification procedures for minority, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses, which must be certified through specified agencies. Payment procedures involve monthly applications using AIA forms, with a 45-day review period, and retainage of 5% applies for contracts exceeding $100,000.
