The Georgia Department of Transportation has issued Request for Information 48400-eRFI-002022-2027 to gather market data on Legal and Contract Software solutions. This RFI is an information-gathering tool rather than a competitive solicitation and will be used to determine the best solution for the Department's needs. Interested suppliers are encouraged to provide details on their software offerings, implementation plans, AI capabilities, and total cost of ownership pricing structures. The response deadline is October 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT, with submissions managed through the GA@WORK Marketplace. The desired software must provide comprehensive capabilities for legal document management, including version control and retention policy flagging, as well as legal calendaring with auto-populating court and discovery deadlines. Additionally, the solution should support case and matter management with lifecycle tracking and secure file sharing. Technical requirements include integration with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam, and the Department is specifically inquiring about GovRAMP certification. The primary point of contact for this effort is Evonne Huggins.

This Request for Information (RFI or Sourcing Event) is being issued to solicit information from interested suppliers. The Department will use the information generated by this RFI in conjunction with other information available to determine the solution that is in the best interests of the Department to fulfill this need. The RFI method is not a competitive solicitation method and, as a result, does not satisfy the requirement for competitive bidding. The RFI method is no more than an information gathering tool and such information gathered may or may not be used by the Department to develop a competitive solicitation.  Suppliers are not required to respond to an RFI and a supplier¿s failure to respond to an RFI will not prohibit the supplier¿s participation in any competitive solicitation that may result from the RFI. However, suppliers are strongly encouraged to respond as this is a great way to ensure the Department is aware of the suppliers¿ available goods and services.
