Legal Representation for Unlawful Detainer Services (Evictions)

The Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-04 for legal representation services specializing in unlawful detainer and eviction actions for its Public Housing program in Montgomery, Alabama. The scope of work includes representing MHA in cases involving non-payment of rent and for-cause lease violations, managing all legal actions from the review of notices to final disposition, and providing miscellaneous services such as property management form reviews and paperwork delivery.
