Created in 2014, the Connecticut Port Authority (“Authority”) is a quasi-public agency of the State of Connecticut (“State”) whose primary responsibility is to market and coordinate the development of the State’s ports and maritime economy. Through this solicitation, the Authority is requesting proposals from qualified law firms in accordance with the provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes to provide legal services to the Authority in the capacity of its Legal Counsel.
