AI Contract Overview
This solicitation by the Department of Defense ASC Commodities Division is for the procurement of one light lens, identified by NSN 6210-01-543-4037. The contract requires a delivery period of 284 days after order and mandates that all quote requests include the complete TDP/Drawing 167551. Compliance with DLA packaging requirements and specific sampling methods according to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 is required, with a focus on zero-based sampling plans for acceptance. The vendor must meet stringent security and regulatory standards, including CMMC Level 2 certification through a C3PAO and adherence to Covered Defense Information protocols. Because the item involves technical data subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, contractors must have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and complete required DLA export-control training. Additionally, the contract incorporates technical and quality requirements from the DLA Master List and requires strict configuration change management and documentation for source approval.
