Amendment 0001 to the solicitation has been issued. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all SF-30s, acknowledging each amendment, and including all signed SF-30s in Volume 1 - Price Quotation.
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single-award firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of health insurance coverage for Locally Employed Staff (LES) and their eligible dependents at U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
