The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for Construction Activities for Levee repair to numerous Levees due to damage from June 2015 prolonged flood events. The non-federal levees involved include: Levee #6 of Howard County, Wakenda Levee, Labadie Bottoms Corp (section 4 Levee), Missouri Valley Section 1 Levee, St. Albans Partners Levee and Tebbetts East Levee. At this time, no Pre-Solicitation Conference is planned for this solicitation. If the Government does elect to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference, the pre- solicitation announcement will be modified accordingly There will be an organized site visit planned for this solicitation. The details will be included in the solicitation. At this time, six (6) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) have been identified for this project. This solicitation is expected to result in up to 6 different contract awards; a separate award for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). Offerors may submit an offer on just one CLIN or submit an offer on all CLINs. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimate magnitude if this construction project is: CLIN 0001 Levee #6 of Howard County (Howard County MO): Between $50,000 and $125,000 CLIN 0002 Wakenda Levee (Carroll County MO): Between $300,000 and $400,000 CLIN 0003 Labadie Bottoms Corp.
