The Contractor is required to provide “Uniform” for the U.S. Consulate in Istanbul. The prices shall include all labor, materials, delivery, overhead and profit. Delivery of the required service is to be made to the American Consulate located in Istanbul. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of the services in Istanbul. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice.


All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than June 19, 2026
