OBJECTIVE: A book and audio purchase plan allows the library to purchase allowances/credits/points that can be used to purchase new released Adult books, Audio Books and Children's Books. The purchase program should allow Adult Purchase Plan with 720 allowances/credits/points per year and 60 monthly book allowances/credits/points. The Audio Book purchase program should allow 2,880 allowances/credits/points per year and 240 allowances/credits/points per month. The Audio Book program should arrive shelf ready, free shipping, a one year replacement policy. The program should include a listing of audio book listing each month to pre-order titles. The Children's Book Purchase Plan should allow 2,880 allowances/credit/points per year and 240 allowances/credits/points per month. The purchase program should include books that are already processed with call numbers so they are shelf ready.
