The project consists of a new Sheriff's Wireless License for use of three interior racks, one omni antenna on a standoff mount on leg #3 at 90', and one panel antenna on a standoff mount on leg #3 at 42' at the existing Palomar Mountain Communications Facility for the North County Transit District. The proposed license would supersede the existing Sheriff's Wireless Lease. The current Lease is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2026, with the existing Lessee transitioning to the new Licensee under the proposed License Agreement. The new License will have a ten-year term commencing July 1, 2026, and expiring June 30, 2036.
