Snohomish County is soliciting proposals under RFP-26-0858AD-C for the procurement and renewal of Adobe software licenses. The scope of work includes enterprise subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro. The contract is established for an initial term of five years, with the County reserving the right to extend for additional five-year terms. Delivery of licenses is required within fourteen days of the order receipt, and the award will be granted to the highest-ranked proposer based on an evaluation heavily weighted toward pricing at 90 percent and adherence to RFP requirements at 10 percent. Proposers must provide a signed submittal packet including product specifications, qualifications, and a conflict of interest disclosure. The County requires acceptance of its general terms and conditions and the submission of any applicable End User License Agreements. Payment is standardized at Net 30 days, though the County may utilize a VISA purchasing card and will consider prompt payment discounts that allow for a minimum of 20 days for payment. While Adobe brand names are specified, equal products that meet the same form, fit, function, and quality will be considered.
