AI Contract Overview
The contract solicitation SPE4A1-26-T-2526 for four LIFE PRESERVER ACCE units under NSN 4220-01-559-7376 requires strict adherence to technical and quality standards referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with compliance governed by the revision in effect on the solicitation issue date. Packaging, identification, and inspection protocols must conform to DLA requirements including the removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies, bare item marking, and inspection at origin. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and attributes must be verified at assigned levels of VII, IV, and II for critical, major, and minor characteristics. Cybersecurity compliance mandates CMMC Level 2, either through self-assessment or third-party certification, while technical data associated with the item is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, necessitating prior government authorization for any disclosure to foreign persons, including employees of U.S. subsidiaries. Access to controlled data is restricted to contractors with approved JCP certification, completed DOD export control training, and DLA authorization. Item Unique Identification is waived per the service customer’s request under DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i), and delivery is required within 79 days of award to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The solicitation closes on August 13, 2026, with Vincent Williams of the DLA Aviation Supply Chain as the primary point of contact.
