The scope of work required under this request includes:Ground Floor existing ceiling and grid system to be removed & replaced with new fire rated droppedceiling system.Existing light fixtures to be removed and replaced with new LED light fixtures. New layout will vary fromexisting, refer to drawings.Existing emergency lighting and emergency battery units to be removed and replaced with new. Existing gypsum board ceilings to remain - Patching and repairs as required. All gypsum board ceilings inareas of work are to be re-painted. Existing roof access hatches to be removed and replaced with new (minimum 1 hour) fire rated roof access hatch(Acudor FW-5050-DW or equal)Rework existing wiring as required to suit new light locations (if applicable)Allow for any abatement procedures (if required) to accommodate the scope of work for this project. Referto asbestos survey.
