The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Add answers to the additional questions received to Q&A attachment

2) Extend the RFP due date. The due date for responses will now be 23 Sept as 1400 MDT.

3) Change Period of Performance start date to adjust PoP.

4) Change PoP for all dates to adjust for new start date.

5) Add FAR 52.232-18 Limitation of Government Funding

In accordance with DAF Contracting Compass Part 32, section Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability - Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. services at the Kirtland Air Force Base 100-meter indoor swimming pool. The organization explicitly needs one dedicated on-site
Aquatics Manager and a minimum of three lifeguards per operational session. This is staffing model is required to safely operate
the facility and to maintain strict compliance with Air Force safety and health regulations, specifically DAFI 34-101 and DAFMAN
