This combined synopsis/solicitation is being amended to: 1. Address a question from a potential contractor Question: I have some concerns regarding the required delivery of 45 days ARO due to material lead time and the pending Holiday season. In an effort to narrow this down, can you tell me when you anticipate releasing the award after the submission deadline of 12/11/2018? Is there any possibility we could offer partial delivery inside the 45 day window and the balance as soon as possible afterwards? Answer: Our estimate for award after receipt of proposals would be 21-27 December 2018. According to the most recent amendment and in answering a similar question, we responded: "Our market research indicates that most contractors have an established supply chain that should make the delivery times feasible". Delivery schedule for bas has been updated to 60 days. Partial deliveries are acceptable, but all deliveries must be completed within the 60 days. 2. Update the following evaluation factor: Technical: ii. The Contractor shall deliver materials within the delivery schedule specified on Statement of Work. Note: 7 December 2018 Updated SOW (Delivery days after award for Option Period) Updated Evaluation Factors Updated Delivery Schedule days in question from 6 December.
