The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Lighting Inverter & Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Back-up power supplies. The Government reserves the right to make multiple award to the lowest technically acceptable responsible party. Please bid on brand name or equal to the specifications included. If bidding on items equal to the specs the bidder must include specifications for the items being bid on. Estimated Date of Award is July 23, 2020. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
