This order will be competed under one of four existing Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) to the below vendors for the procurement of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Maritime Services:
- N0001925G1000: Insitu, Inc. (Insitu), East Columbia Way, Bingen, WA
- N0001926G1005: AeroVironment (AV), 900 Innovators Way, Simi Valley, CA

The delivery order will secure contractor-owned, contractor-operated UAS ISR services utilizing Maritime B-kits #10 and #11 in support of multiple combatant commands. Contractors will be responsible for resources to produce sensor data, such as trained personnel, non-developmental UAS equipment, shipboard operations and logistics Conex containers, certifications, operation and maintenance, SpaceX Starshield SATCOM-capable hardware, spares, and product support. Contracted services would be in direct support of ISR missions requiring around-the-clock imagery and other sensor capability in support of those missions.
It is anticipated that these services will support domestic and coalition military partners in combat and contingency operations based on Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUONs), Fleet Top Level Requirements (TLR), and other operational requirements documents.
The total period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option periods (to include environmental shock testing and training options) for up to 60 months of service.
