Full Description

Hearing to consider a request by Ryan Lindberg for an Amendment (AMEND2024-00006) to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (D990243D) to permit a 30,000-gallon propane tank and support appurtenances. The project includes a distance modification to allow the aboveground propane tank to be located within 500 feet of a residential land use category and 50 feet of the eastern property line, pursuant to Section 22.30.020.D. The project site is located at 6240 Monterey Road within the Industrial land use category in the community of San Miguel, approximately 2,000 feet south of Wellsona Road, in the Salinas River Sub-Area of the North County Planning Area.
