The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement with Lockheed Martin Corporation Maritime Systems and Sensors to support Post Delivery Test and Trial efforts for Littoral Combat Ships, specifically starting with LCS 15 and continuing through all subsequent odd numbered hulls until the end of the class. The scope of work encompasses advanced planning and execution, engineering support, onsite liaison, drydock planning, emergent repairs, and material procurement. These services are scheduled to run from the date of the award through September 30, 2026. This contract is being pursued as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because Lockheed Martin is identified as the only source with the necessary knowledge of the ships delivered configuration and deferred work to meet agency requirements. The agreement focuses on the FREEDOM variant of the ships, and interested parties seeking subcontracting opportunities are directed to contact Lockheed Martin directly.
