Livermore Village Infrastructure Project, Lightwell Stair Replacement

Bid #DR583018: This project involves removing the existing concrete lightwell stairs located at the center of the fully functional and operational garage and replacing them with new steel stairs with precast concrete treads. The work includes furnishing and installing a complete steel stair assembly, including steel stair stringers and framing, precast concrete stair treads supported by steel framing, and stair handrails. The completed stair assembly shall comply with all applicable ADA standards and governing building codes. The parking garage will remain open and operational throughout construction, requiring careful scheduling and traffic control.
