This is a Firm Fixed procurement under Purchase Request 0072009592 for a quantity of 39 each. FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance Destination. The required delivery schedule is 90 days after Receipt of Order (DARO). This request is for National Stock Number 6150-01-630-0751 to procure a Load Bank, Electrical Specification plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are available and can be furnished by Government. Solicitation will be service disabled veteran owned business set aside. This is not an Export Control Item and Configuration Control does not apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 30 days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic order agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
